MyFurnishing Digital Market is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent furniture, home décor, furnishing, maintenance, and interior design service providers. MyFurnishing acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not the manufacturer, owner, supplier, installer, or service provider of the products and services listed on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into agreements, and provide accurate information.

3. User Account

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and accuracy of information. MyFurnishing may suspend accounts that violate platform policies.

4. Product Listings

Product information is supplied by independent vendors. Actual products may vary slightly from descriptions and images.

5. Orders

Orders are subject to payment authorization and supplier acceptance. Orders may be cancelled due to pricing errors, unavailability, fraud concerns, or technical issues.

6. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD). Payments are processed through approved payment gateways.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines are determined by suppliers and may vary. MyFurnishing is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or logistics providers.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect products upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Custom-made, assembled, or used items may not qualify for return.

10. Interior Design, Site Visits & Services

Service bookings may include consultation and site survey fees. MyFurnishing does not guarantee service outcomes and acts only as a marketplace facilitator.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure accessibility for deliveries and appointments.

12. Supplier Responsibility

Suppliers remain fully responsible for product quality, warranties, installation, delivery, and legal compliance.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, text, graphics, and software remain the property of MyFurnishing or its licensors.

14. Prohibited Activities

Users may not misuse the platform, upload false information, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malicious content.

15. Limitation of Liability

MyFurnishing shall not be liable for indirect losses, supplier disputes, product defects, delivery delays, or service provider performance.

16. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify MyFurnishing against claims arising from misuse of the platform or violations of these Terms.

17. Force Majeure

MyFurnishing shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

18. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by the MyFurnishing Privacy Policy.

19. Modifications

MyFurnishing may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing updates on the platform.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and subject to Bahrain court jurisdiction.
